Daytime Healthcare is an awarded supplier under the NHS Procurement in Partnership and Crown Commercial Service International Recruitment of Clinical Healthcare Professionals framework. We can offer NHS Trusts International recruitment projects from India, The Philippines and Europe. We are able to source and deliver International Nurses, Doctors, Theatre professionals, Allied Healthcare Professionals, Healthcare assistants and Support workers.
Our International recruitment offering is both cost saving and retention focused. We have experienced and proven International partners who have assisted with the delivery of hundreds of healthcare professionals into NHS Trusts.
Our International recruitment division have separate resourcing and aftercare teams who ensure that project deliverables are fully met:-
Resourcing Team

Work with our international partners to ensure all candidates are duly pre-screened following a two-stage process before being presented to the Client.

Experience, Education, Family circumstances, Level of English and financial situation are all assessed by our resourcing team.

Our resourcing team conduct all pre-employment checks in line with the Client’s expectations.

Are able to arrange multiple timed tests with all candidates before the Client flies out to the designated country for interview.

Can arrange multiple skype interviews for the Client should they prefer this option.

Compile weekly checklists and reports so Clients are fully informed of Candidate progress in-line with the project timeframe.
Aftercare Team

Arrange all flights, meet & greet and transportation from the airport.

Work with the Client to ensure all candidates have the local and accommodation information for the area they are relocating to.

Assistance with obtaining the NI number, opening a UK bank account, GP & Dentist registration & UK mobile provided with sim card.

A member of the aftercare team will stay in close proximity to the Trust for the first 3 days and there will also be 24-hour telephone assistance for all candidates.

Arrange ongoing events to meet all candidates to resolve any issues at an early stage.
