Working as a Ward Nurse Manager to support the goal of the company to create an environment that delivers world-class clinical care.
Responsibilities:
- To assess, plan, deliver, and implement a high standard of nursing care to patients.
- To demonstrate good clinical practice at all times.
- Assess, plan, and deliver care to meet patient needs.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care meeting NMC standards for documentation.
- Demonstrate good communication skills with patients, other nurses, and consultants.
Ideal Candidates / Qualifications:
- Registered General Nurse
- A motivated and forward-thinking individual with excellent communication skills
- Good time management and prioritization skills
- Phlebotomy training desirable
