Senior Candidate Attraction Consultant / Resourcer
- You will be responsible for implementing and overseeing various candidate attraction initiatives while working closely with the Account Managers to understand Client needs.
- You will be responsible for servicing a bank of candidates from initial contact through to registration.
- Must be familiar with the effective utilization of all the leading job boards as well as other recruitment methods whilst working closely with the marketing team to drive initiatives.
- Must have good communication and customer service ability.
- Must be able to work independently whilst being highly driven to achieve objectives.
- Must have a strong knowledge of NHS Frameworks and their compliance requirements.
Salary – negotiable depending on experience with a good bonus structure.
This is an office-based role.

Non-billing divisional manager
- You will primarily oversee a growing team of account managers looking after several warm clients with plenty of growth potential.
- Primarily work in a non-billing capacity focusing on staff development, candidate attraction, and overall customer satisfaction.
- An ideal candidate must have leadership/management experience within healthcare recruitment with a proven track record of growing a successful team.
- Must have a good understanding of the NHS frameworks and requirements.
Salary – negotiable depending on experience with an attractive commission structure.
